My name is Jenessa Cahow, and I am the Director of Health and Wellness at The Shores of Lake Phalen.
I have been a nurse since 2008 and during that time I have worked in hospice and assisted living. I enjoy working with our seniors and learning about the amazing things they have accomplished.
I’m married and have a daughter. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, my animals, and baking.
