Jeremy Martin

My name is Jeremy Martin, I am the Director of Community Relations at The Shores Of Lake Phalen. I started in senior care in 2015 as a Life Enrichment aide for a memory care community. I grew to love the people I was working with after day one. Once I started in the Community Relations role, I found a new love for helping families find comfort during the transition life has put in their hands when moving a loved one into senior care. Making sure families are comfortable is my focus along with finding their loved one a new forever home.

I am a fun loving and upbeat father of two beautiful children, and I always look for the bright side of every situation life puts on my plate. My little ones keep me on my toe’s every day. When we have free time, we like to get out of the city, and we really enjoy playing in the dirt while camping. Long walks around the lake by our home, is where you will find us on a weekend morning.
